We took Kuyler for a check up because he has a little rash on his face this morning and here are his stats are:

Weight: 9 lbs and 2 ozs

Length: 21 inches

Head Circumference: 15 inches

I was playing around with my camera today and I took these cute little pictures! I just had to post them!

Kuyler is 3 weeks old today, and I thought I would post a picture from the day he was born and one taken today. The comparison shows just how much he is grown in such short time. You can see his little legs are not so little anymore!

Finally after 2 1/2 weeks, Kuyler's umbilical cord came off!!! Hooray...here are pictures of his first real bath!!!

Nope, he does not like it at all!!!

Still not caring for the water at all!!!

I tried to comfort him, but it did not work!

Nibbling on Rodger hand did not soothe him either!

Tried the pacie too and it did not work!

Oh, this made him really mad!

Even getting him into a warm towel, did not make him feel any better!

At this point, he is calming down, but you can tell by his face, that he is not happy with me at all!

He looks like a lttle bug or something here.

He is glad the bath is over!

Yummy! Guess who found his thumb today? Yep, you guessed it, Mr. Kuyler had to make due with his thumb, 'cause mommy was not fast enough with the bottle.

Wyatt has babies of his own now too! He has been carrying around blankets and calling them his babies, but today, I wrapped them up in blankets and he has been taking care of them. Wyatt put his babies down for a nap on the back of our loveseat today. It was so cute I had to take pictures of it. Now this will be one of those pictures I show all of his girlfriends!

Well, I have been having major headaches since Kuyler's arrival, but in the last week or so the headaches have gotton to be unbearable. My two week post op appointment was yesterday, and I told my doctor about the pain that I was in. She sent me over to Parkridge East hospital for an assessment with anesthesia and they decided that I was leaking spinal fluid from the spinal block. The only way to correct this is to have another spinal, but instead of them numbing you for a c-section, they draw 20 ccs of your blood and put in into your spine hoping that the blood will clot and act as a patch until the hole heals itself. I went through this procedure yesterday and have been on my back now on and off for the last 24 hours. My head feels so much better, but my lower back is killing me. I hope this goes away in a couple of days. When I am feeling better I will add more pictures and posts. Include me and my family in your prayers, as the last two weeks have been very hard on us all physically and mentally.

All of our boys have the middle names of Rodger's best friends and Kuyler's middle name Stephen, is after this guy...a person that we all know and love. Believe me it took a lot of coaxing to get a picture out of him. Thanks Stephen, I hope no soul stealing took place in the taking of this snapshot!

I took this video with my digital camera this morning, which does not have sound, but I thought you all would enjoy seeing Wyatt stressing trying to feed Kuyler a bottle.

Milk Carton Mary, Kuyler loves to be wrapped in the blanket you got him. We use it all the time. Thanks so much for thinking of him in this special way.

Look Kuyler is only a little over a week old and he almost fits width wise in his bassinet! He is growing way too fast!
